1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 7u7b ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 7u7b website located at https://7u7b.app and all associated services, games, promotions, and payment facilities offered therein.

By completing the 7u7b account registration process, by logging into an existing 7u7b account, or by accessing any part of the 7u7b platform without registration, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without modification or reservation. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the 7u7b platform.

7u7b reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via the email address associated with their account. Continued use of the platform following notification of any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. The date displayed at the top of this document reflects the most recent effective date.

These Terms must be read in conjunction with the 7u7b Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into these Terms and form part of the overall agreement between you and 7u7b. Where any provision of the Privacy Policy or Responsible Gaming Policy conflicts with these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless otherwise stated.

2 Eligibility and Age Restriction

To register and maintain an active account on 7u7b, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which your account remains active.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online casino gaming and sports betting are not explicitly prohibited under applicable local law.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion programme that would prohibit you from accessing online gambling services.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party.
• You have not previously had a 7u7b account closed due to a violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or self-exclusion.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, or close family member of any employee or director of 7u7b or any of its affiliated companies or technology providers.

7u7b reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point during the account lifecycle. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence issued by a recognised Bangladeshi authority. In addition to age and identity verification, 7u7b may request proof of address and proof of payment method ownership before processing withdrawal requests above applicable thresholds.

Where there is reasonable suspicion that a player does not meet the eligibility criteria set out above, 7u7b will suspend the relevant account pending investigation. If the investigation confirms ineligibility, the account will be closed, any pending withdrawals will be held, and the matter may be referred to the relevant authorities where required by applicable law.

3 Account Registration and Responsibilities

One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on the 7u7b platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same device, same IP address, same payment method, or through any other means — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are detected, 7u7b reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending bets and bonus balances, and withhold any withdrawals pending a full investigation.

Accurate Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process, including your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identity document, your date of birth, your current email address, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.

You must notify 7u7b promptly if any of the information associated with your account changes, including your email address or contact number. Account information updates must be submitted via the account settings panel or by contacting the support team at [email protected].

Account Security and Password Confidentiality

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 7u7b username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances. 7u7b will never request your password via email, live chat, telephone, or any other channel. Any activity carried out on your account while you are logged in — whether by you or by any other person to whom you have disclosed your credentials — is your responsibility.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact 7u7b immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected] so that the account can be secured. 7u7b accepts no liability for losses resulting from the unauthorised use of account credentials where the player has failed to maintain adequate confidentiality.

Account Currency

All 7u7b accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). Once an account currency is set to BDT at registration, it cannot be changed. All deposits, bets, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are processed and displayed in BDT. No multi-currency or foreign-currency account facility is available on the platform.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

Accepted Payment Methods

7u7b accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change. The current list of active payment methods is always visible on the 7u7b deposit and withdrawal pages within the platform.

Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and ৳500 for card-based payments (Visa, Mastercard). There is no maximum deposit limit set by 7u7b at the platform level, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits. Deposits are credited to the 7u7b account balance immediately in the majority of cases. In rare instances, delays of up to 15 minutes may occur due to payment provider processing times.

7u7b does not charge any deposit processing fees from the platform's side. However, your payment provider may apply their own service charges, which are beyond 7u7b's control. You should consult your payment provider's fee schedule before initiating a deposit.

Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically processed within two minutes of approval. Card withdrawals (Visa and Mastercard) may take between one and three business days to reach your bank account depending on your issuing bank's processing schedule.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 for all payment methods. Before a withdrawal can be processed, you must have completed identity verification and the payment method used for withdrawal must match the payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to exceptions approved at the discretion of the 7u7b finance team.

• Withdrawal requests submitted before active wagering requirements on bonus funds have been cleared will be held until requirements are met.
• 7u7b reserves the right to request additional verification documents for withdrawals above ৳50,000.
• Funds deposited and not wagered at least once may be subject to an administrative review before withdrawal is approved.
• Withdrawal requests cannot be cancelled once they have entered the processing queue.

Anti-Money Laundering

7u7b applies anti-money laundering (AML) controls in compliance with applicable financial regulations. All players are subject to Know Your Customer (KYC) checks. 7u7b reserves the right to freeze accounts, suspend withdrawals, and report suspicious transaction patterns to the relevant authorities without prior notice to the player concerned. Using the 7u7b platform for any money laundering or financial crime purpose is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure and legal referral.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

7u7b offers bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and other incentives to registered players from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be clearly displayed alongside the promotional offer. The following general conditions apply to all 7u7b bonuses unless a specific promotion explicitly states otherwise.

Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds awarded by 7u7b are subject to a wagering requirement that must be completed before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limit for each bonus will be stated in the specific promotion terms. Wagering on excluded games while an active bonus is held may result in the bonus being forfeited.

Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available only to players who meet all eligibility criteria at the time the bonus is claimed, including age verification, identity verification, and compliance with these Terms. Players who are self-excluded, on a voluntary cooling-off period, or whose accounts are under investigation are not eligible to claim or use bonuses. Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time unless a specific promotion explicitly permits otherwise.

Bonus Abuse

7u7b employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using low-risk or hedged betting strategies specifically designed to circumvent wagering requirements, and collusion between players to share bonus funds. Where bonus abuse is detected, 7u7b reserves the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings, close the relevant account, and recover any amounts already withdrawn that are attributable to the abuse.

6 Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the 7u7b platform are provided by certified third-party game studios including, but not limited to, Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and Spribe. Each game is governed by the rules published by the respective game provider within the game interface itself. In the event of a discrepancy between the game provider's published rules and any description on the 7u7b website, the game provider's official rules shall take precedence.

Random Number Generators

All slot titles and RNG-based table games available on 7u7b use certified random number generator (RNG) technology. RNG certification is maintained by the game providers under their respective regulatory requirements. 7u7b does not modify game outcomes in any way and has no technical ability to do so — game results are determined entirely by the certified RNG systems operated by the individual game studios.

Malfunction and Technical Errors

In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or connection disruption during an active game session, 7u7b will use all available game round logs and server-side records to determine the outcome. Where a definitive outcome cannot be established, the bet will be voided and the original stake returned to the player's account balance. 7u7b accepts no liability for losses caused by interrupted internet connections on the player's side.

Sports Betting and Cricket Markets

All cricket betting markets — including Bangladesh Tigers fixtures, BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and other international cricket events — are subject to the sports betting rules published in the sportsbook section of the 7u7b platform. Key rules include:

• Bets placed after a market has been declared closed or suspended will be voided, regardless of the apparent outcome.
• In-play bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of bet placement confirmation, not at any subsequently updated odds.
• In the event of match abandonment or cancellation, bets will be settled according to the relevant sport's official rules as stated in the 7u7b sportsbook terms.
• 7u7b reserves the right to limit bet sizes on any market at any time and without prior notice.
• Maximum payout limits per event apply and are displayed in the sportsbook terms section of the platform.

7 User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

By using the 7u7b platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with these Terms and in a manner that does not harm other players, 7u7b staff, or the integrity of the platform. The following activities are expressly prohibited and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one account on the 7u7b platform, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to place bets, exploit bonuses, or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games, poker rooms, or any other competitive game format to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in any game or platform function. Any winnings resulting from the exploitation of a known or suspected error must be reported to 7u7b and will be voided pending investigation.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime using the 7u7b deposit or withdrawal systems.
• Abusing the 7u7b bonus system, including creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion or employing deliberately low-risk betting patterns solely designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent.
• Using the 7u7b platform on behalf of a third party or operating an account as a proxy for another individual.
• Engaging in offensive, abusive, or threatening behaviour toward 7u7b staff or other players through any platform communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the 7u7b platform's software or infrastructure.

Where any of the above prohibited activities are detected, 7u7b reserves the right to take immediate action including, but not limited to: suspending the relevant account pending investigation, voiding all open bets and bonus balances, withholding withdrawal requests, permanently closing the account, recovering previously withdrawn funds attributable to prohibited conduct, and referring the matter to the relevant law enforcement or financial regulatory authorities in Bangladesh.

8 Account Closure and Suspension

Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your 7u7b account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Before an account closure request is processed, any remaining real-money balance will be paid out to your registered withdrawal method, provided that all applicable KYC and verification requirements have been met. Bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings that have not yet met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

If you wish to close your account for responsible gaming reasons — including self-exclusion — please specify this clearly in your closure request. Self-exclusion closures are treated with priority, are acted upon immediately, and prevent the account from being reopened for the duration of the exclusion period chosen. Suspension or Closure by 7u7b

7u7b reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion and without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crime.
• Detection of prohibited conduct as described in Section 7 of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within a reasonable timeframe after a request has been issued.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months where the account balance is zero.
• A court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement directive requiring account suspension or closure.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the player will be notified via the email address registered to the account. If the investigation results in the account being permanently closed due to a breach of Terms, 7u7b will issue a written explanation of the grounds for closure. Depending on the nature of the breach, balances held in closed accounts may be withheld, returned in part, or forfeited entirely at 7u7b's discretion, subject to applicable law.

Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if it has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. 7u7b will make reasonable efforts to contact the account holder via their registered email address before applying any dormancy policy. Players with dormant accounts that carry a positive real-money balance should contact [email protected] to reactivate their account and arrange a withdrawal.
